Georgia Mediation Professionals does not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, sex, or culture. We strive to help parties minimize conflict, helping people rebuild their lives, heal, and be able to move forward in a positive manner. Owner, mediator, Leah Cagle is a Christian and recognizes her beliefs influence who she is and what she does. Her inspiration for mediation comes from Matthew 18:15-16, "If a fellow believer hurts you, go and tell him-work it out between the two of you. If he listens, you've made a friend. If he won't listen, take one or two others along so that the presence of witnesses will keep things honest, and try again."

Sometimes it is better to involve a neutral, third party to facilitate communication. Leahʼs mediation approach is a facilitative, client centered, interest-based approach. She structures a process to assist the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable solution based upon information and understanding.

"If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone". Romans 12:18
